New Changes Come to Our Annual Spring Bird Walks

Our annual spring bird walks will continue again this year, but with some major changes. The walks will continue to take place in April and May, but they will not all take place at Hills Creek State Park. Walks will be held at Leonard Harrison and Colton Point State Parks and at various "birdy" points along the Pine Creek Rail Trail including Darling Run, Butler Road Access, Cavanaugh Access, and the new trail head in Wellsboro. We will post a complete list of locations, dates, and times as soon as everything has been finalized. Good binoculars are available for loan if you don't have any.

Migratory ring-necked ducks are often seen during the April bird walks.
